Busted
Well, I tried to get in a session for mother's day and I did. It was pretty warm outside, but the ghetto courts were clear, I had them to myself. Plenty of people around, though. I was doing pretty good, messing around with going from a hang-ten halfpack combo into a tea kettle (basically a bar-split steam-roller with my peg leg in front of the bars). I didn't get close, but it doesn't feel too abnormal or weird. I went to pedal for speed and BAM!! my chain broke. I went down, hard. I heard a few laughing and it sucked, but I tried to shake it off. I rode for a little bit longer, but I just couldn't keep my head straight and I kept getting frustrated when I would go for the pedal on an exit and get a pedal in my shin.
If anybody wants their mind blown, go to Global-flat and get the large file for the Ninja spin in Paris, France. You will not believe what people are doing on their bikes IN A FLATLAND RUN! The file is huge (over 200 mgs) but worth it. European flat comps seem to be unreal and everyone was there, including our favorite, Nate P., who snagged fourth.

How can someone be as good as Justin Miller? That's pretty wild shit.
I'm glad to hear you're getting out to ride. I've had a late season photo rush that's making my head spin. I've been rearranging the photos on my hard drives and finally got to edit the photos from Vancouver last summer. It brought back good memories of good times.
Hopefully, I'll get to ride with you guys soon.
Yeah, Tzim, Salem welcomes you anytime. Just give me a little notice...my life is hectic.
